CIMSPA's quality assurance outcomes are categorised into three ratings:

• 3-Star - Enhancing: Partners exhibit best practices in most of their operations, offering the highest quality provision to learners.
• 2-Star - Enabling: Partners show good practices with minimal areas needing development and receive an action plan to support their growth.
• 1-Star – Emerging: Partners meet minimum standards and are given a timed action plan to ensure adherence to CIMSPA’s standards.

The assessment encompasses three categories: Quality of Education, Learner Journey, and Marketing and Promotion. Success in these areas is determined through thorough analysis of evidence provided by partners.
